Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute offline marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient inflow

Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners

Develop and maintain strong connections with ambulance drivers and emergency transport networks to ensure timely patient referrals

Organize and manage health camps, awareness programs, and CPR training sessions

Coordinate field visits, corporate tie-ups, and local outreach activities

Handle distribution of pamphlets, brochures, standees, and other promotional materials

Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral networks

Track campaign performance and provide weekly reports on field activities

Represent MICU brand professionally in all external interactions

Required Skills

Strong local network and field marketing experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to build trust with medical professionals and ambulance networks

Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem (doctors, hospitals, diagnostics) is a plus

Ability to work independently and achieve target-based goals

Experience in hospital marketing / pharma marketing / field sales

Familiarity with Mahabubnagar and nearby areas

Strong field presence and willingness for on-ground work

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
