Job Overview :

We are looking for responsible Operation Executives who can manage hiring and monitoring of team.

The candidate should ensure recruitment targets are achieved and team performance is monitored properly.

Responsibilities :

Hire Field Executives and Delivery Executives for the company.

Initially hire 3 Field Executives.

Ensure 10 Delivery Executives are hired every month.

Monitor and manage the performance of Field Executives and Delivery Executives.

Maintain daily attendance of the team.

Guide the team to achieve their targets.

Ensure all work is completed on time.

Coordinate with field and delivery teams regularly.

Company details must be kept confidential and should not be shared outside.

Requirements :

Candidate must have a laptop and PAN AND AADHAR CARD,

Stable internet.

Good communication and team handling skills.

Ability to manage hiring and monitor team performance.

Responsible and disciplined in completing work on time
