Job Description

  • Production & Preparation: Preparing, cooking, and plating pastry items (desserts, cakes, breads) according to recipes and station guidelines.
  • Station Maintenance: Ensuring the pastry station is cleaned, sanitized, and organized, following strict hygiene standards and food labeling/dating protocols.

Support: Assisting senior chefs during service and participating in menu development or special events.
