Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Picking
Pick customer orders accurately as per app instructions
Ensure correct quantity and quality of products
Complete order picking within the assigned time
Coordinate with packers and store team for smooth dispatch
Bin Audit
Verify products placed in correct bins/racks
Check stock availability and update mismatches
Identify damaged or missing items during audit
Maintain inventory accuracy in the store
Stacking
Arrange products properly in shelves and bins
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) process
Ensure store cleanliness and organized stacking
Support inward stock unloading and placement
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
Physically fit and active
Basic mobile handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Skills Required
Speed and accuracy
Teamwork
Time management
Basic inventory handling
Preferred Industry
Quick commerce / Warehouse / Retail / Dark Store experience preferred.
