🎯 Core Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Receive digital order alerts on a handheld smartphone/scanner and swiftly find items in the dark store aisles.
• Inventory Verification: Verify item details, quantities, and check expiry dates or product damage before picking.
• Packing: Securely pack items (groceries, dairy, electronics, snacks) into branded bags according to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Segregation: Keep fragile items (eggs, glass) and temperature-sensitive products (ice creams, milk) segregated appropriately.
• Handover: Place the completed bag in the dispatch zone for immediate pickup by the delivery partner.
• Stock Inwarding: Assist in unloading fresh stock from trucks and scanning items onto the correct shelves during downtime. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

🛠️ Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass (preferred).
• Tech Literacy: Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes using internal apps.
• Speed & Stamina: Capable of walking or standing for long hours and moving quickly through store aisles.
• Basic Literacy: Ability to read product labels in English and regional languages accurately.

💼 Shift & Compensation Structure

• Working Hours: 8-to-9-hour shifts (includes rotational day, evening, and night shifts).
• Salary Range: Generally ₹15,000 to ₹21,000 per month (varies by city and location).
