Job Description
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms to secure the best value for the organization.
Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Order Processing: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent shortages or overstocking to support production and sales.
Quality Assurance: Review the quality of received products and resolve issues regarding damaged or incorrect goods.
Record Keeping & Billing: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries, and coordinate with the finance team to process vendor payments.
