About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Associates to help grow our business by identifying potential customers, pitching suitable proposals based on client requirements and budgets, and supporting the sales process to achieve deal closures. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers and new business opportunities.

Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain consistent daily calling activity and talk time as part of the role’s performance expectations. 

Maintain and regularly update lead and client information in the CRM system.

Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Follow up with leads regularly and ensure proper nurturing of prospects in the sales pipeline.

Support the sales team in converting leads into successful deals.

Participate in client site visits during weekends when required.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth client interactions and deal closures.

Contribute to revenue generation, with performance incentives linked to successful deal conversions.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational and time management skills.


Good to Have

Basic knowledge of the real estate market.

Understanding of customer requirements and buyer mindset.

Familiarity with CRM tools.
