Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong customer relationships and promote suitable insurance policies based on customer needs. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, explaining policy benefits, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and convincing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to understand their financial and insurance requirements.
• Explain various insurance products and recommend suitable policies to customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers for policy conversion and renewals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Sales is mandatory.
• Must own a Bike.Valid Driving License is mandatory.
