Job Description

Managing daily Retail Laundry operations : Making Sure Retail Laundry Customer garments are received and delivered in a timely fashion.

-Assigning tasks to Laundry staff and monitoring their performance.

-Updating system data entries every day

-Inspecting Floor, System, data and Printers on a daily basis

-Creating and distributing Invoices on a daily basis

-Ensuring Customer quality and accuracy in communication and delivery

-Managing inventory supplies and controlling budgets to minimize waste and maximize resources.

-Resolving guest issues or complaints related to Laundry cleanliness in a timely and efficient manner.

-Managing Retail daily operations

-Offering assistance and feedback to laundry staff
