Sales Consultant

We are looking for dynamic and confident candidates to join Our Team. The role involves interacting with customers to help them manage and settle outstanding debts through structured repayment solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Handle the inbound calls with international customers regarding debt settlement.

Educate customers about debt relief programs, payment plans, and settlement options.

Negotiate repayment terms and settlements with customers.

Follow compliance guidelines and company policies, as an associate, you will be responsible for making calls using both automated dialers and manual resources, engaging prospects, and promoting Our Services.

You will follow pre-arranged scripting, applying filters and criteria to ensure effective communication with potential customers.

Required Skills: Excellent English Communication Skills [ Spoken & Listening ]

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.

Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate

Experience in international voice process or collections is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
