Job Description – Operations Executive (B2B IT Industry)
Experience: 2 Years
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and coordinate with distributors.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
- Follow up on payments and maintain MIS reports.
- Handle customer queries and support daily operations.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry: B2B IT / Apple / Dell / Lenovo / IT Infrastructure.
