Job Description

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team
  • process customer orders,quotations and invoices
  • maintain customer records and update CRM Systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order related issues
  • Track sales targets abd prepare daily ,weekly and monthly sales reports
  • follow up with customers regarding orders deliveries and payments
  • assist in preparing sales forecasts and business reports
