Job Description

  • Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
  • Explain features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of OLA electric scooters.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides for customers.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and referrals.
  • Assist customers with finance, loan, insurance, and documentation processes.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom conversions.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.
  • Stay updated on EV technology, competitors, and new product launches.
