Job Description

  • Call prospective and existing customers from company-provided data.
  • Explain insurance products and renewal benefits.
  • Generate quotations for Motor, Health, and Life Insurance policies.
  • Follow up with customers for policy renewals and new business.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and service requests.
  • Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
