Job Description
Sales Executive –
Roles & Responsibilities : (2–3 Years Experience)(For Residential projects / Real Estate Projects) Roles:· Promote and sell apartment units to prospective customers.
· Handle customer enquiries and conduct site visits.
· Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment options.
· Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into bookings.
Responsibilities:· Attend walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
· Arrange and guide customers during site/property visits.
· Provide detailed information about project features, approvals, floor plans, and pricing.
· Prepare and share cost sheets, quotations, and brochures.
· Maintain customer database, enquiry tracker, and daily sales reports.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Documentation teams for booking process.
· Build and maintain customer relationships for future referrals.
· Support marketing activities like promotions, campaigns, and events.
Skills Required:·
Good communication and convincing skills.
· Knowledge of real estate sales (preferred).
· Basic computer skills – MS Office, WhatsApp, Email.
· Should be self-motivated and target-driven.
