Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, modernization, and maintenance services.
- Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end customers.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Handle key accounts and strategic customers.
- Support collection of payments and documentation processes.
- Promote elevator modernization and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
