We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the interiors and real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting interior design and real estate services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for interior projects and real estate properties

Meet potential clients and understand their requirements

Promote services through digital marketing, site visits, and networking

Coordinate property presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups

Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, and partners

Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience in interiors, construction, or real estate sales preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions

Ability to handle clients professionally and close sales effectively

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
