• Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and team performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
• Monitor daily field sales activities and productivity.
• Guide executives in customer acquisition and lead generation.
• Ensure proper customer interaction and product explanation.
• Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain quality standards and company policies.
• Support the team in closing sales and resolving customer queries.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales performance.
