Scrap Operations Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Scrap Operations Supervisor who can handle scrap buying, selling, supplier management, and protect company margins.

• Responsibilities:Source scrap from kabadiwalas, factories & traders
• Bring minimum 5 active suppliers & 3 active buyers
• Add 2 new suppliers every quarter
• Negotiate best buying & selling rates
• Maintain daily rate updates
• Ensure proper scrap grading & avoid mixed dispatch
• Maintain stock register & prevent loss
• Handle GST invoice & E-way bill coordination
• No commission / full transparency required
• Requirements:Experience in scrap / metal trading
• Good market network
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of scrap grades & pricing
• Honest & responsible
