- Candidate Profile:Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
- Age Criteria: 25 – 35 years
- Experience: 1 – 5 years in Executive Assistance / Office Administration
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Mandatory)
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Shamshabad or reside nearby
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Knowledge on Google sheets and Google forms
Position Summary:The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:1. Executive SupportManage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules
- Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings including agenda preparation, minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-ups
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and logistics
- Support business initiatives such as store launches, exhibitions, and special projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- 2. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage calls, emails, and professional correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments, clients, and vendors
- 3. Office Coordination & AdministrationOversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility coordination
- Support HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems
- 4. MIS & ReportingAssist in preparing MIS reports, data tracking, and analysis
- Perform data entry and maintain reporting accuracy
- Support ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by management
- Key Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Preferred)
- Prior experience supporting senior management / Director is an added advantage
- Compensation:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview assessment)
- Work Schedule:6 days a week (Full-time, office-based role)
- May require occasional support for offsite events
