Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Team Management: Create shift rosters, manage attendance, and conduct training and emergency response drills for security staff.
Monitoring & Patrols: Oversee routine patrols, and inspect physical and digital security systems (CCTV, alarms, and access control) to ensure optimal functioning.
Incident Response & Reporting: Act as the first responder to security breaches, document detailed incident reports, and coordinate with local police or medical services.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce safety regulations, verify visitor credentials, and conduct regular risk assessments to minimize vulnerabilities.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure guards have working gear, such as radios and flashlights, and report equipment faults.
