Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for our real estate business. Candidates from the Hotels & Resorts industry with strong accounting, taxation, audit, and financial management experience are encouraged to apply.

We welcome candidates with experience in the Hotels & Resorts industry who possess strong accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting skills. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of transitioning into the real estate sector while ensuring accurate financial management and statutory compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor daily accounting transactions across all business verticals.

2. Maintain the General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, and Journal Voucher entries.

3. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS).

4. Prepare monthly Trial Balance and assist in the finalization of financial statements.

5. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and management reports.

6. Monitor receivables, payables, vendor payments, and customer collections.

7. Prepare project-wise budgets and monitor budget utilization.

8. Prepare variance analysis reports and provide recommendations to management.

9. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

10. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and statutory authorities.

11. Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.

12. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

13. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

14. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

15. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and other reports as required by management.

16. Support ERP accounting activities and maintain data accuracy.

17. Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

* CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance is an added advantage.

* 5–8 years of accounting experience.

* Candidates with Hotels & Resorts accounting experience are welcome.

* Experience in Tally ERP, ERP software, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


* 6–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

* Experience in Hotels & Resorts, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Construction industries is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Statements.

* Proficient in Tally ERP/SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems.

* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
