Senior Operations Manager -Two Wheller Rental Business

Key Responsibilities1. Fleet & Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end rental operations including booking, allocation, and vehicle returns
• Ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimum downtime
• Monitor vehicle condition, servicing schedules, and maintenance planning
• Implement SOPs for smooth operational workflow

2. Team Leadership

• Manage operations staff, fleet supervisors, and ground teams
• Set KPIs and track team performance
• Provide training and ensure adherence to company standards

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure seamless rental experience from booking to return
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention

4. Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with service vendors, garages, and spare parts suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
• Ensure timely servicing and cost efficiency

5. Inventory & Asset Control

• Track fleet inventory, documentation, and vehicle lifecycle
• Ensure proper documentation (RC, insurance, permits, etc.)
• Monitor asset loss, misuse, and damage control

6. Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify opportunities to expand fleet and locations
• Work closely with marketing team for demand generation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity

7. Financial Management

• Monitor operational costs, revenue, and profitability
• Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Optimize cost per ride and maintenance expenses

8. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and legal requirements
• Maintain safety standards for vehicles and riders
