Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of Tiron robotic vacuum cleaners. The role involves both technical expertise and customer-facing interaction to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, and demonstrate Tiron robotic vacuum cleaners at customer sites.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (hardware/software).

* Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as required.

* Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate service records and report field issues to the technical team.

* Support in training sessions, workshops, and service camps when required.

Qualifications

* Diploma in Polytechnic (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) OR

* B.Sc. in Electronics / Physics (or equivalent).

or any candidate with electronics hobby

* Strong technical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of IoT, sensors, or robotic systems preferred.

* Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer service.

* Good communication skills in English and local language.
