Role OverviewWe are looking for a presentable and confident Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, explain products, and convert inquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication, product understanding, and a customer-focused approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Explain product features, pricing, and available options
• Demonstrate salon furniture (chairs, shampoo units, etc.)
• Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on budget and need
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
• Handle basic billing coordination and order processing
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display, and product arrangement
• Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience
• Daily Activities ExpectedHandle all showroom walk-ins and inquiries
• Product explanation and demonstration
• Follow-up with pending leads
• Maintain display standards and reporting
• RequirementsFemale candidate preferred
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Presentable personality and customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, billing support)
