Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle content planning, posting, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
2. Upload and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) for YouTube
3. Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags tailored to each platform
4. Coordinate with designer/video editor (if applicable)

Content Responsibilities:

1. Posting on 2 profiles on all social media platforms: 3 times a week on each profile. (Includes 1 reel per week on each profile)
2. Basic content will be given. Polishing, posting & presenting the right way, making carousals - your work.
3. Stories on each profile to be updated twice a day.
4. Description of the posts with hastags to be written on your own - not with the help of chatgpt
5. Must know how to manage Youtube also. Same reels can be used for short videos. Long videos to be coordinated with editor. 2-3 Long videos per month for each profile.

Compensation:

Only posting : Rs 5000/- per month for both profiles together.

Posting + carousals + your creativity : Rs 6000 for both profiles.

Posting + creativity + Reel Editing : ~ 8000 for both profiles : will be discussed and decided accordingly.
