Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) using hand soldering tools or automated equipment. Ensures high-quality connections and follows safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD).
  • Inspect solder joints for quality (cold joints, bridges, etc.).
  • Maintain soldering equipment (soldering iron, hot air gun, etc.).
  • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
  • Document work and report defects or issues.


Qualifications:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electronics.
  • 0–2 years of experience (entry-level roles may accept freshers with training).


Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu


Salary: 10k – 12k per month
