Store Incharge & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, material movement, dispatch operations, and transportation activities efficiently. The candidate will ensure proper stock maintenance, timely dispatches, inward and outward material handling, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore ManagementMaintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Arrange proper storage of chemicals, spare parts, and consumables.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
• Inventory ControlUpdate stock registers, ERP, or software entries regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
• Prevent material shortages, damages, or wastage.
• Logistics & DispatchPlan and coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Arrange transportation for material delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as:
• Invoice
• Delivery Challan
• E-Way Bill
• Packing List
• Track dispatched materials and delivery status.
• Handle loading and unloading activities efficiently.
• CoordinationCoordinate with production, purchase, sales, and accounts departments.
• Follow up with suppliers and transport agencies.
• Resolve logistics and dispatch-related issues.
• Documentation & ComplianceMaintain proper documentation of stock and dispatch records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
• Maintain transporter bills and logistics records.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of store and inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Tally preferred).
• Understanding of dispatch and logistics procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle inventory systematically.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma
• Experience in Stores & Logistics preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Chemical / Water Treatment industry is an added advantage.
