Job Description

Customer Service / Technical Support :


  1. Responsible for handling Service Requests / Installations
  2. Troubleshooting Fiber network connections / Configuration
  3. Ensuring high-quality service delivery
  4. Customer support / Customer Service
  5. Coordination with teams to uphold network performance and reliability
  6. Field Visits - Bike is mandatory


Qualification Required : Diploma, B.Tech , BE, ITI, Intermediate, Any Degree


Note : Dayshifts only, Territory will be in and around Miyapur area.

Internal Promotions as Team Leader for Sincere & Suitable candidates.
