Part-Time Tele caller – Employment Terms & Compensation

1. Position - Designation: Part-Time Tele caller (Work from Home)

2. Compensation - Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only)

• Salary shall be credited on or before the 5th day of each month, subject to compliance with the terms of employment.

3. Working Hours - The position offers flexible working hours.

• Employees are expected to complete their assigned responsibilities and achieve the prescribed daily targets.

4. Working Days - Six (6) working days per week.

• The weekly off shall be communicated by the management.

5. Performance Targets - Minimum Daily Calling Target: 100 outbound calls.

• Minimum Monthly Performance Requirement: Three (3) qualified customer demonstrations/site visits.

6. Incentive Policy - An incentive of ₹10,000 shall be payable for each successfully closed lead.

• A lead shall be deemed closed only upon fulfillment of the company's prescribed payment and verification criteria.

7. Performance Review - Employee performance shall be reviewed on a monthly basis. Consistent adherence to calling targets, lead quality, customer communication standards, and monthly demonstration requirements is expected.

Role:

Call potential customers from company-provided leads.

Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and government subsidies.

Qualify customer interest based on electricity bill, rooftop suitability, and ownership.

Schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up with interested customers until the appointment is confirmed.

Maintain accurate records of every call in the CRM/Google Sheets.

Meet daily calling and appointment targets.

Coordinate with branch managers and sales executives for smooth lead handover.
