Job Title: Telecalling ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our projects, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities clearly.
• Generate quality leads and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit appointments.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build trust.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsIntermediate or Any Degree.
• Good communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Preferred SkillsTelecalling or customer service experience.
• Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
