A Collection Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments to recover outstanding dues and negotiate suitable payment arrangements. The role involves achieving collection and recovery targets while maintaining professional and positive customer relationships. Candidates must ensure all interactions comply with applicable financial regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and recover dues.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

Salary:

• ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Prior telecalling, collections, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
