Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls
  • Build interest and convince prospects to register
  • Convert leads into successful registrations
  • Guide sellers/buyers through onboarding process
  • Assist in completing profile, product listing (basic guidance), and verification
  • Follow up with interested leads until conversion

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support / BPO / sales
  • Experience in lead generation or onboarding roles
  • Candidates from e-commerce, marketplace, or startup background
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Only Females required
  • Must Know Hindi, English & Telugu

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum 10+2 / Any Graduate
  • No strict education criteria for good performers
