Job Description
Language Required: Urdu, English & Hindi Speaking
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates/customers
- Explain job details, company profile, salary, and location clearly
- Identify and shortlist interested candidates
- Answer queries and handle basic objections
- Schedule interviews with HR or clients
- Follow up with candidates for interview attendance
- Maintain daily call records and update database
- Build good communication and trust with candidates
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
- Coordinate with the recruitment team
