Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Tele-calling Executive to join our Overseas Education Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining study abroad opportunities, generating leads, scheduling counseling sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups with students and parents.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and interest in the overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding study abroad programs.
• Explain overseas education services, universities, countries, courses, and admission process.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into counseling appointments.
• Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
• Generate and qualify leads from different sources.
• Coordinate with counselors and admissions team for student appointments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Build good rapport with students and parents.
• Provide accurate information about applications, visas, scholarships, and intakes.
• Support marketing activities, webinars, and events when required.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, counseling, sales, or customer support.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and calling process.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Overseas Education Consultancy is an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
