  • Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
  • Explain company services and convert leads into customers
  • Follow up with interested clients regularly
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Maintain call records and customer data properly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
  • Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling / telesales experience
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Hindi language is mandatory
