Job Description

We are looking for a confident and communicative Telecaller for our veda Consultation Office in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Call clients and explain credit report details
  • Follow up with existing clients regarding their credit score improvement
  • Maintain daily call records and reports
  • Handle client queries related to CIBIL reports politely
  • Fix appointments for senior consultants

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & basic English
  • Basic knowledge of credit issues
  • Confident on calls, positive attitude
  • Experianced with good communication are welcome
