Job Description
Telesales & Closers Executive Position Overview
Looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Telesales & Closers Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. In this Work-from-Office (WFO) role, you will manage our end-to-end sales funnel—from handling high-volume inbound inquiries to closing high-value deals. You will be responsible for nurturing warm leads through webinars, inviting them to our Hyderabad office, and driving a minimum of 30 successful closures per month.

- Compensation: ₹15,000 Fixed + up to ₹15,000 Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Communication: Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls and chats (WhatsApp/Webchat) to connect with interested prospects daily.
- Appointment Booking & Webinar Funnel: Follow up rigorously with leads to ensure high attendance for our webinars. Share all required information, links, and schedules.
- Post-Webinar Nurturing: Connect with attendees immediately post-webinar to answer queries, address objections, and provide detailed information.
- Office Invitations: Convince and invite qualified leads to visit our Hyderabad office for a personalized, face-to-face consultation.
- Deal Closure: Conduct detailed in-person discussions with prospects at the office, present solutions, and successfully close a minimum of 30 deals monthly.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all calls, chats, and sales pipeline stages in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Conversion. (Freshers with exceptional communication and high energy are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu (local language proficiency is a major advantage).
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to multi-task efficiently between high-volume calls and fast-paced chat platforms.
- Closing Skills: A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently during face-to-face meetings.
- Availability: Ready to work from our Hyderabad office location full-time.
