Job Role: Telesales Executive (IndiaMART Subscription Services)This role focuses on customer interaction, sales, and conversion of leads into paid subscriptions for IndiaMART’s business services.

1. Contacting Customers : You’ll reach out to potential or existing customers (mostly business owners or sellers)

2. Explaining IndiaMART Subscription Plans IndiaMART offers paid memberships that help businesses get more visibility and leads.

• Your responsibility : Clearly explain different subscription plans
• Highlight key benefits like:
• Increased product visibility
• More buyer inquiries
• Verified business listing
• Priority placement over free users

3. Promoting Paid Services This is the core sales part of the job.

• You’ll : Convince customers why they should upgrade from free to paid plans
• Explain ROI (Return on Investment)
• Share success examples or use cases

4. Converting Leads into Sales Your main goal is to close deals.

• This includes:Following up regularly with interested customers
• Negotiating pricing or plans (within company guidelines)
• Creating urgency (limited offers, benefits, etc.)
• Finalizing payment and onboarding

5. Maintaining Customer Relationships After sales, you may:

• Assist with basic onboarding
• Ensure customer satisfaction
