Technical Installer (Plumber)

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Installer (Plumber) to join our team. In

this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our water

purification products at customer locations. Your expertise will ensure that our products are

installed correctly and function efficiently, delivering the best experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Visit customer locations to install water purification systems as per company standards.

● Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation setups.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or servicing.

● Schedule visits for timely maintenance/ servicing.

● Educate customers on product usage and basic maintenance.

● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns on-site.

● Maintain accurate records of installations, servicing, and feedback in the CRM system.

● Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 1-5 years of experience in plumbing, technical installations, or a similar role, preferably in

water purification or related industries.

● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.

● Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

● Self-motivated and customer-oriented with attention to detail.

● Willingness to travel locally to customer locations.
