Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales) As an Inside Sales Executive for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning programs from Infinity Learn. Key Responsibilities  Lead Generation & Sales Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.  Consultative Selling Understand the academic goals of students and parents, and provide personalized product recommendations.  Revenue Growth Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective outreach and pipeline management.  Customer Relationship Management Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.  Negotiation & Closing Handle objections confidently, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively. Desired Skills & Competencies  Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach  Excellent communication and persuasive skills tailored for the Indian customer base  Prior experience in telesales/inside sales is preferred  Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems  Self-motivated and able to work independently
