Job Description


  1. Counsel prospective UPSC/APPSC aspirants and help them choose the right batch, optional, and study plan
  2. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and walk-ins with empathy and accuracy
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups with enrolled students and track their progress
  4. Coordinate with faculty (Dr Ravi) to relay student doubts, feedback, and academic concerns
  5. Assist with batch scheduling, admissions, fee collection, and student onboarding


Who we are looking for


  1. Graduate/Postgraduate with a genuine interest in civil services preparation (UPSC/APPSC aspirants preferred)
  2. Strong communication in English and Telugu; ability to explain exam structure and strategy clearly
  3. Experience in academic counselling, EdTech sales, or coaching institute operations (freshers with UPSC background considered)
  4. Patient, persuasive, and student-first attitude — not a hard-sell approach
  5. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Telegram, and basic CRM tools
