Job Description

📢 Hiring: Academic Counselor/ Admission counsellor/Inside sales specialist

Company: Talentigence HR Solutions

📍 Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Noida

💰 Salary: 3 - 4.5 LPA + Incentives


Job Responsibilities:

  • Counsel UG & PG students on courses, specializations, and universities.
  • Handle inbound/outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Generate Leads and guide students through the admission process and documentation.
  • Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 6 months–4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or Cold Calling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi/Telugu.
  • Target-driven with strong persuasion and communication skills.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (Hyderabad/Bengaluru) | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (Noida)
