Academic Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Academic In-Charge to oversee academic operations, ensure quality education, and support teachers in delivering effective learning. The candidate will coordinate curriculum planning, monitor teaching standards, and improve overall academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide teaching staff

Plan and implement academic curriculum and schedules

Monitor classroom teaching and ensure quality standards

Conduct teacher training and performance evaluations

Track student performance and suggest improvements

Organize exams, assessments, and academic activities

Maintain academic records and reports

Coordinate with management and parents when required

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good understanding of curriculum and teaching methods

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Organizational and time management skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

1–7 years in teaching, with leadership/coordination experience preferred
