Account Assistant

Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, demonstrating accounting software to potential customers, and closing sales, provide technical and functional support to customers using accounting software and promote accounting software products and generate leads through digital and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve accounting and software-related issues.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts (GST, invoicing, ledgers, reports).
• Presentation problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Presentation and customer handling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Com, MBA, or related field).
• 0-1 years of sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting software Tally is an advantage.
