We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn, basic accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable processes.
PositionAccounts Executive
- QualificationBachelor of Commerce (B.Com) mandatory
- Experience1–2 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Required SkillsWorking knowledge of Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Typing speed of 30 W.P.M. (minimum)
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of:
- TDS
- GST
- Candidates with practical exposure to taxation concepts will have an added advantage
- Candidate ProfileHard-working and sincere
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Good organizational and communication skills
- ResponsibilitiesMaintain purchase and sales entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Support day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
