Job Description

Role: Accounts Executive 

Exp: 1 or 2 

Qualification: Bcom, Mcom (Finance)


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts

Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

Prepare basic financial statements and reports

Handle cash entries, bank entries, and reconciliations

Coordinate with internal departments for documentation

Daily Sales & Purchase Entries

Bank Voucher Entries

Monthly  Balance confirmations with Vendors & Customers

Cash & Bank Book Entries

Sale & Purchase Ledger Monitoring



Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Accounting principles (Tally preferred)

Strong numerical ability

Good communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Attention to detail and willingness to learn
