ob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate accounting and strong knowledge of taxation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and tax compliance
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Maintain ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and compliance
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Track project-wise expenses (especially for real estate projects)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in real estate industry is an added advantage
