Job Description
• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
• Handle Tally / Tally Prime and all related accounting work
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries
• Maintain Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and maintain invoices and bills
• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
• Follow up and maintain outstanding payment records
• Handle GST-related accounting and filings
• Prepare GST data and coordinate for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST filings
• Maintain proper documentation for GST and other statutory requirements
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Track expenses and ensure proper accounting entries
• Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and auditors when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support TDS, income tax and other compliance-related work as applicable
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management
