Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally accounting software to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance, and support the overall financial health of the business. The ideal candidate should be accurate, methodical, and well-versed in accounting principles and statutory regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and verify day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Handle monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Maintain ledgers, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and manage petty cash.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with Indian accounting standards.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
